Below are a list of some of our past major projects.

Somerset Apartments - Elizabeth Pier



A ClimateMaster Seawater Heat Reclaim/Rejection System using some 80 closed curcuit HDPE Pipe Bundles secured in cages and attached to the labyrinth of underwater beams to utilise the river water temperature range of 10 degC to 22 degC to provide indvidual efficient heating & cooling to 60 apartments and all function centres with no outside plant exposed to the elements.



144 Macquarie Street -
Heat Pump Chiller System

A new 870 kw Multistack unit was installed on the roof of the building and piped down to the Ground Floor with branches on each floor in readiness for the Stage 2 Building Refurbishment which involved the installation of 5 new air handling units on each of the levels Ground to Eleven.

Stage 2 involved the construction of a new Plantroom with three Vertical Fan Coil Units and Two Horizontal Units serving 5 zones on each floor with heating, cooling and fresh air controlled by the BMS.



Aurora - Tas Networks

Work in progress on the chiller installation. 



IOOF House Liverpool St Hobart

Replacement of an existing cooling tower serving a cooling unit with electrical heating zones on each of the 7 levels of the building with a new 600 kw Air Cooled Multistack Heat Pump Chiller serving 25 new fan coil units. Installation of a new BMS and Control System to minimise the energy consuption of the building.

TCM's first major mechanical contract and first TCT BMS DDC project.


Maintenance services and many tenancy upgrades since the initial 1985 project.
